New investor platform aims to strengthen financial communications and support future bond sales
(BOSTON, MA – May 20, 2025) – Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD), one of the largest public school systems in Texas, today announced a new partnership with BondLink to expand its investor transparency efforts. Through this collaboration, Dallas ISD has launched a dedicated investor relations website — DallasISDInvestorRelations.com — to provide market participants with streamlined access to financial documents, bond program updates, and capital improvement plans.
The launch of this platform reinforces the district’s commitment to fiscal transparency and proactive communication with the investment community as it continues to invest in modernizing facilities and supporting student success through its long-term capital plan.
“We’re always looking for ways to operate more efficiently and ensure that our financial strategies support the district’s broader mission,” said Eduardo Ramos, Chief Financial Officer of Dallas ISD. “In today’s more volatile environment, this new platform gives us a smarter way to manage our bond programs while setting a high bar for transparency and accountability across our public education departments.”
Dallas ISD joins a growing list of school districts in the State leveraging BondLink’s investor relations technology, including Fort Worth ISD, Austin ISD, and Harris County Department of Education.
“Dallas ISD is setting a strong example with its proactive approach to the capital markets,” said Colin MacNaught, CEO and co-founder of BondLink. “We’re proud to support their efforts to lead with transparency and communicate their credit story more effectively. It’s a model that a lot of other school districts can follow to build stronger, long-term relationships with investors.”
Municipal investors and interested community members can explore the new platform and sign up for alerts on Dallas ISD’s bond programs at DallasISDInvestorRelations.com.
