  • Research internal and external sources to generate new content ideas, e.g., conduct target audience interviews, monitor market trends, etc.
  • Work closely with our Senior Marketing Associate to develop KPIs for different content formats and delivery methods, constantly optimizing the performance of marketing materials
  • Confidently manage a content calendar that feeds our business development efforts
  • Champion new creative approaches to educate and motivate our target audiences to action
  • Help reinforce our distinct qualities to the market and integrate effective learnings into the broader organization

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience creating marketing content in-house, for an agency, or as a freelancer (seeing your portfolio/work examples is a plus)
  • Some level of finance experience is required. Anything involving municipal bonds is  a huge plus
  • Excellent writing, communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with visual content, including writing for videos
  • Inquisitive, team-oriented and resourceful
  • Great attention to detail with a solid track record of delivering content on-time and on-budget
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorships not currently available)
