Accounting Clerk

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting
  • 2 years experience in accounting
  • Experience in Salesforce and NetSuite is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well across departments
  • Ability to represent BondLink to clients with the highest level of professionalism



  • Communicate with clients regarding invoicing and aged receivables
  • Maintain track of past due balances, process invoices, and apply cash receipts
  • Process accounts payables, including coding to appropriate general ledger accounts, and printing check payments
  • Reconciliation of company’s credit card
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Assist with various accounting functions as needed
  • Assist Finance Manager with month-end close
  • Assist with ad hoc request as necessary
