Sr. Product Marketing Manager

As a BondLink Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will be the voice of our platform and drive our go-to-market strategy alongside our Sales, Marketing, and Issuer (Customer) Success partners. You will proactively identify gaps in messaging, create compelling pre- and post-bond sale materials, guide market positioning, build relationships with users and partners, and more — all in the spirit of making our customers successful (read more about our mission below).

At Bondlink, we are creating a new market for investor transparency and debt management in the municipal bond industry, and we need someone excited to experiment, collaborate with teammates at all levels within our organization, own user and buyer persona development, drive user adoption, and lead go-to-market activities.

This is the perfect opportunity for a mid-career to senior-level PMM looking to grow their scope of responsibility. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work across every function in the organization
  • Influence company-wide projects and initiatives
  • Pitch, implement, and own user adoption and sales enablement programs/strategies
  • Work directly with Product, Marketing, Issuer Success, and Sales on a day-to-day basis
  • Work from anywhere in the United States

In your first 90-days, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create platform-wide user and buyer personas
  • Pitch and lead at least one major new user adoption initiative
  • Help establish a brand new set of PMM best practices and processes

In the past you have:

  • Been a full-time Product Marketer for at least 3 years in a growing B2B software company
  • Enjoyed and thrived in a role where every day was different, literally
  • Communicated thoughtful business cases, strategies, roadmaps, etc. throughout the company, from the Sales Team to the Executive Team
  • Regularly been responsible for developing KPIs and effectively managing to them
  • Routinely worked with quantitative and qualitative information to uncover new insights
  • Successfully lead and coordinated multiple product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Produced a wide array of content (ex. blog posts, one-pagers, audio/visual content, user documentation, etc.)

Ideally, in the past you have also:

  • Worked remotely full-time
  • Worked full-time for at least 5 - 7 years in a B2B software company
  • Worked closely with external partners
  • Worked in a heavily regulated market
  • Worked on a Product Team
