What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building awareness of and engagement with BondLink clients’ IR websites, including our dynamic, investor-friendly features like the centralized document repository, bond sale alerts, investor roadshows, and other tools that provide efficiency gains for credit analysts
  • Developing a comprehensive network and strategy for managing relationships with credit analysts and portfolio managers, as well as underwriting banks, municipal advisory firms, and registered investment advisors
  • Providing market insights to sales, marketing and product management including buy-side trends, bond investor feature requests, and competitor actions.
  • Helping to generate content for thought leadership and market commentary
  • Attending, participating in and networking at key investor events
  • Achieving and exceeding individual quotas and kpi’s by running effective campaigns which include sourcing, prospecting, building individual and firm level relationships, presenting/demoing BondLink and onboarding targeted credit analysts and investment firms
  • Maintaining customer and partner relationships through outbound networking and proactive outreach to existing users to boost engagement
  • Accurately forecasting, tracking and reporting business development activities
  • Utilizing your growing network of investors and BondLink users to generate referrals and leads for Issuer Solutions Sales

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 4-5 years sales or business development experience in a SaaS B2B environment in the capital markets, preferably the buy side. Municipal bond experience is a MAJOR plus
  • The track record of a proven networker, relationship builder and business development professional, consistently overachieving on quota and or performance criteria
  • A highly motivated, competitive and passionate team-player mentality, driven to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion and drive about delivering technology that can bring efficiencies and transparency to clients in the municipal bond market
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills to employ solutions-based presentations and commitments
  • Someone who is a hunter in orientation, as well as having a client-service mentality
  • Highly adaptable mindset, agile in adjusting to organizational change
  • Polished communications with excellent presentation skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or other related field
