What You’ll Be Doing

We are accelerating our business development efforts, and we are seeking experienced muni professionals who have a track record of leadership and success. This is an ideal position for an accomplished issuer, banker, municipal advisor, etc. who is bright and personable, and looking for a new opportunity to bring debt management & IR software to issuers.

You will play a critical role at BondLink by expanding our issuer and investor network, growing relationships across the muni bond ecosystem, collaborating with our product team based on market feedback and working directly with issuers on a daily basis.  Responsibilities include:

  • Develop new business opportunities, meeting with prospective issuer-clients regularly to demonstrate the BondLink Issuer Platform
  • Meet with BondLink issuer-clients to source new features ideas, demonstrate new tools, and collaborate with our Issuer Success team to maximize the Platform’s value
  • Coordinate and develop local issuer-investor roundtables and other events in order to facilitate direct investor engagement
  • Demonstrate BondLink software to Municipal Advisory firms, law firms, and broker-dealers to build awareness, relationships and potentially more formal partnerships
  • Attend industry events, including speaking and presenting on behalf of BondLink, and contributing content on an as-needed basis
  • Work closely with Sales Executive(s) in your region to help shepherd sales opportunities from introductions, to presentations, commitment and onboarding


  • Strong network in the municipal bond issuance market
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience as an issuer in the municipal bond market or experience working closely with issuers, and thus a deep understanding of the issuer market
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance / public administration or a related field
  • Strong oral / written communication skills, including experience speaking at industry events
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and in groups/teams
  • Highly motivated and passionate about selling tech that can greatly benefit the muni market
  • Highly adaptable mindset, agile in adjusting to organizational change
